Third parties can decide who controls the Senate.
In 2016, our candidates outvoted the margin in all three New Hampshire federal races and Republicans lost every one. This year we're doing it again in eight Senate races, five of them rated Toss Up by Cook Political Report, and Democrats need a net four seats to take the Senate. StarkFreedom PAC spends its own money on its own ads and never gives a dollar to a candidate.
StarkFreedom PACWe fund the margin. It costs the GOP the Senate.
Eight Senate races. In six, our candidate is the margin.
In two, the Republican already trails without our candidate.
Margin: in the polls that name them, our candidate's share covers the gap between the parties.

Plain averages of the counted polls. Lean: every counted poll. Margin: only the counted polls that name our candidate, the same polls the ring is measured in, so its two party numbers can differ from the lean's. Not needed here: the Republican is already trailing without our candidate, and our candidate's share adds to that.

What We Built
As of October 14, 2026 · StarkFreedom PAC Records
Aaron Day used this same system to beat the New Hampshire Secretary of State in federal court this year, without a lawyer. The state Attorney General's office defended the case.
How We RunIn 2016 the third-party vote was larger than the margin in all three New Hampshire federal races.
17.4 times the margin.
New Hampshire, U.S. Senate, 2016.
| First District, third-party vote | 34,735Margin 4,904 |
| Second District, third-party vote | 17,088Margin 15,522 |
| Republicans lost | All three |
New Hampshire has not elected a Republican to Congress since. It was the closest Senate race in the country that year, and the most expensive Senate race per capita in U.S. history to that point.
Votes: New Hampshire Secretary of State, certified results, November 8, 2016.
A Senate race can turn on a few thousand votes. Our spending decides who takes them.
That decides who wins, and who pays for it.
SIGNAL
We have done this before. Now we are doing it eight times over, in eight states that decide the Senate.
