The Operation That Cost the GOP New Hampshire Now Runs 45 AI-Made Ads in Eight Senate Races
"We fund the margin. It costs the GOP the Senate."
Nashua, N.H. · October 14, 2026
StarkFreedom PAC, a super PAC built and run in-house with artificial intelligence, added 18 more ads overnight, bringing its total to 45 ads live on X and Facebook across all eight Senate races it backs. The same AI system behind every ad also beat New Hampshire's Secretary of State in federal court, 76 days from complaint to preliminary injunction, with founder Aaron Day representing himself.
"Why one spoiler candidate is now trying to replicate his work nationwide," Semafor reported Oct. 14, 2026. The story says: "What's more remarkable is how open he is about his goal of ending the Senate Republican majority." And: "Day is onto something with the spoiler effect, whether it's induced by him or not," and "given how tight the polls are, a rounding error still could cost Republicans multiple Senate seats." The 45 ads are commercials with people who talk, made with AI, running in New Hampshire, Texas, Kansas, Michigan, Ohio, Iowa, South Carolina and Minnesota. StarkFreedom also runs four national ads on X on gas prices, the war and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, three ads on YouTube, and a Rumble pre-roll campaign in Washington, D.C., plus a music library at starkfreedom.org with a song for each race and four versions of its anthem, "Margin Is Calling." It backs Edmond Laplante (Constitution, NH), Ted Brown (Libertarian, TX), David Graham (Libertarian, KS), Tim Long (U.S. Taxpayers, MI), Bill Redpath (Libertarian, OH), Thomas Laehn (Libertarian, IA), Kasie Whitener (Libertarian, SC) and Rebecca Whiting (Libertarian, MN), running an AI-powered campaign for each candidate against the Republican. "Nobody elected Husted to this seat. DeWine handed it to him," reads the Ohio page. "Rogers voted to keep the NSA collecting your phone records," reads Michigan's.
StarkFreedom is not trying to win any of the eight races. It is trying to cost the Republican Party the seat, in races where its candidate's vote can be the margin. The strategy is Day's own. In 2014 he chaired New Hampshire's Republican Liberty Caucus and ran the super PAC Stark360 (FEC C00566505), which anti-endorsed nine sitting state legislators by name and ran robocall, phone-bank and online campaigns for 109 candidates, including one million robocalls, on 2014-cycle receipts of $228,035; six of its twelve endorsed State Senate candidates won. In 2016 he ran for the U.S. Senate and recruited New Hampshire's other two third-party federal candidates. All three outvoted the margin that beat the Republican: 17,742 votes against a 1,017-vote margin for Senate, 34,735 against 4,904 in the First District, 17,088 against 15,522 in the Second. New Hampshire has not elected a Republican to Congress since, the first time since the 33rd Congress, 1853 to 1855.
StarkFreedom's mission is to hold the Republican Party accountable for the promises Donald Trump ran on and has not kept: the price of gas, new wars in the Middle East, and a swamp that was never drained, with Lutnick still in it. A Democratic Senate does more than hold Trump accountable. It can end the war: two Senate votes to pull U.S. forces out of hostilities with Iran failed 49 to 50 this year, decided by a single senator's no. It can undo some of Trump's most disastrous legislation and expose the corruption his administration created. In 2026, Day won his own federal ballot access case, then stood down to back the Constitution Party's Edmond Laplante. He is not a candidate.
Aaron Day, founder of StarkFreedom PAC, said: "In 2016 I recruited all three of New Hampshire's third-party federal candidates, not just my own race, and we were the margin in all three. Nobody has sent a Republican to Congress from this state since. Now the same playbook runs on AI, in eight states at once, and we just put 18 more ads on air overnight. A Democratic Senate does not just put Trump in check. It can end the war and expose the corruption. We fund the margin. It costs the GOP the Senate."
